• Eligibility: Non-Korean nationals (including foreign citizens and permanent residents; Korean companions not allowed).
• Booking: Advance reservation via Creatrip (up to 2 tickets per person).
• Check-in: Entry allowed after verifying the Creatrip reservation on-site.
• Booking Period: Available until 11:59 PM (KST), two days before the event.
• Event Dates: October 8 (Wed) – October 12 (Sun), 2025 days, 5 sessions (1 per day)
• Age Limit: 12 and older (Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian and require a separate ticket).
• Capacity: 40 people per session; arrive at the check-in area at least 10 minutes early.
• English Tour: 08:00–10:00 KST
• Viewing Time: Approx. 120 minutes

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Please arrive at the on-site reception (Comprehensive Information Center for the Royal Culture Festival, in front of Geumho Gate at Changdeokgung Palace) at least 10 minutes before the tour. Entry will begin after confirming your reservation details at the reception. Please present your Creatrip reservation.
   • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you won’t be able to join or get a refund.
   • There’s no parking at Changdeokgung, so please use public transportation.
3. Once your reservation is confirmed, follow the on-site staff’s instructions.
4. The tour begins with the guide at the scheduled time.
